terms of service
Payment is due up front, through Artistree.io, Paypal invoice, or CashApp.
Turnaround time will generally be within a 1-4 weeks, depending on what I’ve got going on. I will send WIPs at various intervals, depending on the commission type.
Don’t edit my art or remove any signatures or watermarks with the intent to hide credit, and please credit me when possible.
Don’t put my art through AI models.
Commissions are for personal use only by default. Likewise, I will not resell your commission in any way. I may post you commission on social media unless you request otherwise.
Refunds are only available a.) if I’ve not yet started working on the piece, b.) if for some reason I promise delivery by a particular date and miss it, or c.) by request if I do not complete a piece within 4 months, provided your end of WIP approvals has not significantly extended the completion time. No arbitrary full or partial refunds once work has begun.
